Personally and professionally I care about public services. How communities can engage better with their own government and public services system, the importance of their experience with it, and how from the perspective of service and strategic design it can be improved. My biggest passion is working alongside communities in ways that empower people and foster their participation. I believe being a good strategic designer means be able to think systematically and locally, strategize creatively and bring empathy to every step of the journey.

Through qualitative research, concept building, co-creation processes, and model building, I’m constantly learning new ways to hone my design skills so I can meet the needs of every stakeholder involved in the project.
